Blaise inspected 2 different apartments for me and both were great experiences. The first one had significant issues and Blaise outlined them all for me. He gave me invaluable feedback which allowed me to negotiate with the seller for the best deal possible. His manner was professional and caring. He also provided me with an incredibly detailed report of the second apartment (which I ended up buying) so that I would have everything documented and photographed.

Blaise and Lloyd were not only meticulous and through, they also took the time to explain things as they performed the inspection. They provided invaluable insights into the history and current condition of the house, but an education about owning and operating the many systems that make it up. They and the Inspecticore staff are also incredibly friendly and accessible – before, during, and after the inspection.

Best experience better than expected

Ask for Hugh Byrne, he is thorough, friendly, efficient and trustworthy. Great worker and great company! I highly recommend Inspecticore and will be using them again.

As a first time home buyer, I was so nervous about my inspection. Our inspector arrived early, brought snacks and was extremely kind and generous with information! He was so thorough and after evaluating each section of the house, he explained every aspect of what he had been reviewing. I knew he was looking out for our best interest and I truly cannot say enough good things. Our inspector honestly put me as ease with buying our home, and was such a positive experience. As a first time home buyer the process can get overwhelming at times but im learning the stronger the members of your team, the stronger and more confident you will feel. Today I had my inspection done with Hugh Byrne. Hugh was exceptionally professional and meticulous with his thorough and complete inspection of the property. He went above and beyond to ensure my understanding of all the features of the house and what I was getting myself into. He was incredibly knowledgeable and more than willing to answer all my questions, Lord knows I had plenty. Hugh’s currently the MVP of my home buying team right now and he deserves a metal or a raise or promotion or something. Wish I could give it to him, but i cant… so I’ll just reccomend him and inspecticore to anybody willing to hear it and take heed.

As a first time home buyer it can be very scary trying to figure out each step required to take in a home buying process. Getting a home inspection before you fully commit to buying a home is very important to find out any issues within the home. Inspecticore was recommended to us and I called late at night to schedule an inspection and the woman on the phone was very nice and was able to able to schedule and appointment very quickly. The fee was a lot less than what I expected. The inspector John was very nice and professional. Within the same day we received the inspection reports ! We were very happy with the service !

Anthony was very thorough and knowledgeable. He took his time to go over everything with me and was not rushed.

Really thorough inspection. The inspector (Dave) went through everything and explained in simple layman terms what was wrong and what was right. The report that I was sent was detailed and easy to understand. I felt comfortable calling A-Pro to ask questions about my report and was provided with excellent support and clear, direct answers.

Really unsatisfied. The report was full of grammatical and technical errors, the inspector was in a rush and seemed annoyed every time I asked a question. The person answering the phone in the office was rude and unhelpful. The entire process left me with a really bad taste for the company. Wouldn’t use again.

Excellent work on scheduling, performing the inspection and follow-up on written report. Inspector was extremely knowledgeable as to potential issues and minor items, personable and an easy communicator. Written report was emailed with 24 hours. Definitely recommend and would use in the future should the need arise.

They were very professional and friendly. They get there a bit earlier than you so they can start on the outside before you get there. Dave was great. Very informative and very helpful when explaining how and why things should or shouldn’t be replaced. The report is easy to read. It’s our first time buying a home, and I have no idea what I’m doing. I stated so as I called A-Pro, and they were very friendly and helpful through, what I feel, is the biggest step in buying a home. I received emails promptly, and the home inspection process was written out very clearly. The day of the inspection, Rich answered all my questions and was very thorough throughout the whole day he inspected our potential home. He showed me the ins and outs of what he was looking for, what he found, and the urgency of any issues. He was very patient with me as I was trying to soak up all the information. After the inspection, I was given a binder with checklists and areas to store important documents. The report was promptly emailed to me with pictures the same day. I am so happy we used A-Pro services, as they are truly professional and helpful during this process!

The inspectors (Kenny & Brenden) were very personable and pointed out to me the issues that they saw with the house in an understandable way. I like that the final report includes photos and other helpful information and that we’re provided with a binder to keep all of our documents in. All in all, I’m very happy that we chose A-Pro and will defintely use you again in the future as well as refer my friends & family to you.

Anthony was absolutely fantastic! Being a first time homebuyer, I was nervous about the inspection process so I brought my father along.
