Luv A-Pro Certified Home Inspection Services!!

They were very professional and friendly. They get there a bit earlier than you so they can start on the outside before you get there. Dave was great. Very informative and very helpful when explaining how and why things should or shouldn’t be replaced. The report is easy to read. I was recommended by a family member and will be recommending everyone I know to them. They also bring you a little snack box with treats and water as a thoughtful gesture. Thanks for making this experience painless especially for first time home buyers like us!

It’s our first time buying a home, and I have no idea what I’m doing. I stated so as I called A-Pro, and they were very friendly and helpful through, what I feel, is the biggest step in buying a home. I received emails promptly, and the home inspection process was written out very clearly. The day of the inspection, Rich answered all my questions and was very thorough throughout the whole day he inspected our potential home. He showed me the ins and outs of what he was looking for, what he found, and the urgency of any issues. He was very patient with me as I was trying to soak up all the information. After the inspection, I was given a binder with checklists and areas to store important documents. The report was promptly emailed to me with pictures the same day. I am so happy we used A-Pro services, as they are truly professional and helpful during this process!

Anthony was absolutely fantastic! Being a first time homebuyer, I was nervous about the inspection process so I brought my father along. Anthony was incredibly professional and thorough during his inspection. He explained his observations to my dad in formal terms and to me in layman’s terms. He answered all of our questions. A-Pro Certified Home Inspection Services did our inspection and Ken was great. He was on time and very professional, and knows his stuff. He provided us with a great Inspection Report so that we could follow-up on all repairs. The report was incredibly thorough, easy to follow, and had great pictures.

A home inspection isn’t something you do often and when it’s required you should have the expertise of an inspector who will provide a high level of confidence in the information provided. That’s the service John from Inspecticore provided.

A friend recommended Inspecticore to me and I am very happy with them! This is the second time I have used this company as the first place fell through. The office staff is nice and it was very easy setting up an appointment by phone or internet. The inspectors I have had the pleasure of meeting were Matt H. and John M. Both were really nice, thorough and informative. They were both very patient when explaining everything to me as I am new to buying a place. Reports came back so fast. Also so sweet that this company donates to the less fortunate every time they do an inspection.

The company was absolutely on top of everything, from booking and confirming the appointment, to following up and providing the final report. The actual inspector who visited the property, Eddie, was highly professional and conducted and extremely thorough inspection. Very happy with the service I received.

This is the second time we have relied on A-Pro for an inspection. We had Ken as our inspector and couldn’t be more happy. He was on-time, very prepared, and very thorough, taking his time to throughout the inspection and never seemed in a rush. He talked to us throughout and pointed out things to us, and he answered any questions and concerns we had. We had the report later the same day. Highly recommend A-Pro for your home inspection needs.

Blaise inspected 2 different apartments for me and both were great experiences. The first one had significant issues and Blaise outlined them all for me. He gave me invaluable feedback which allowed me to negotiate with the seller for the best deal possible. His manner was professional and caring. He also provided me with an incredibly detailed report of the second apartment (which I ended up buying) so that I would have everything documented and photographed. I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone looking for a detailed, unbiased home inspection in Long Island and the surrounding areas.
