John M. was on time and very thorough. He did a great job and showed us some things we didn’t notice during the open house (buyer’s home inspection). Also, John was always open to questions and asked us if there was anything we’d like him to look at or go over again. John was definitely on our side and had our best interests in mind through this inspection process. He went over the inside of the house, outside, roof, structure, termite inspection and report included in price, walk ways, steps, drains, heating systems (cooling system n/a), electrical, etc…. Overall, good value compared to other high priced inspection companies. Would use again and would recommend.

John did an awesome job, he explained things to so i can understand. He told his time with the inspection.

Joe was very professional, patient, and informative. As a 1st time homebuyer the process can be very overwhelming. He arrived early and was super thorough. He explained what he was inspecting every step of the way. His verbal recommendations matched the report which was received exactly 24 hours from rhe completion of the inspection the very next day.

It’s our first time buying a home, and I have no idea what I’m doing. I stated so as I called A-Pro, and they were very friendly and helpful through, what I feel, is the biggest step in buying a home. I received emails promptly, and the home inspection process was written out very clearly. The day of the inspection, Rich answered all my questions and was very thorough throughout the whole day he inspected our potential home. He showed me the ins and outs of what he was looking for, what he found, and the urgency of any issues. He was very patient with me as I was trying to soak up all the information. After the inspection, I was given a binder with checklists and areas to store important documents. The report was promptly emailed to me with pictures the same day.

It was our first time buying a house, and our inspector Anthony far exceeded our expectations. The service isn’t cheap, but Anthony was very thorough and careful to explain everything to us during the inspection. He sent the full 50 page inspection report the morning after the inspection, and it was much more detailed than we expected. All-in-all, I would rate Inspecticore and Anthony specifically as excellent, and I would definitely use them again in the future.

It was great to work with Dave as he was very through with the process and pointed out the pros and cons for us to focus on before the walk through. Keep up the good work

Inspector was on time, acted very professional and was courteous to both the existing home owner as well as myself. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to answer all questions. The report was written in a timely response, and in a manner that not only a professional could understand but an average home owner as well. I would use this company again as well as feel comfortable recommending them.

Inspector was awesome. Went through every detail and walked me through it so there were no surprises when I got the report.

Inspector showed up early and got started right away on the exterior before we arrived, was extremely knowledgeable and informative about every aspect of the inspection. He did a great job of going through a section and then unpacking everything he found in that area so it wasn’t a bombardment of everything all at once at the end. Worth every penny

Inspector Matt Higgins arrived early for the inspection and he was courtesy and professional. He did an extremely thorough job of inspecting the home and would come and speak with us after each floor as we were unable to accompany him due to the COVID restrictions. His verbal report was detailed, and valuable. We highly recommend.

Inspecticore is incredible! If you’re smart, you will specifically ask for Anthony DeLuca to perform your inspection. We got lucky and he provide our home inspection. Extremely knowledgeable and patient. Explains everything in detail based on his many years of experience. AND he was just a super nice guy. The inspection was finished by 10:45am and he provided us with a 40+ page report by 10pm. The same day! It contained extensive observations and supporting photos. Incredible!!!

Inspect ivory provide excellent service in my home inspection. Brendan and Ed inspected each area with rapt attention and detail. If you need a home inspection look no further. They will find everything on the house. It might get discouraging because of the amount of stuff they will find but thats their job. The level of professionalism and expertise surpasses any other inspectors ive dealt with. Price is great!

I used Anthony Deluca from this company to conduct a home inspection of a house i am in the process of purchasing. Anthony was early and diligently conducted my inspection in a thorough manner like a true professional. Upon completing said inspection he immediately made me aware of what should be my primary concern and a potentially costly replacement in the home. He was patient and made sure i understood the issue in depth. Later that night i received his detailed report of both areas that could use improvement as well as items that required repair. Upon reviewing the report i had several questions and called the company who had him call me back in hours. Again he patiently answered each question with the knowledge of a true professional. Anthony’s thoroughness left me with a feeling of confidence that i could safely move forward with this purchase. We need more Anthony Delucas’ in this world. I scheduled a home inspection for the next morning and called back to check/double check what would and wouldn’t be covered. Each time I talked to someone I got good, prompt information that was well explained. Our inspector, Dave, was extremely helpful answering all my questions throughout the inspection and made sure I saw everything he was seeing.
