Very thorough inspection was performed by Greg. He was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend.

Paul Kurtis did an excellent job on our inspection. He arrived ahead of time and had already checked in with the building staff when we got there. During the inspection itself, Paul was diligent in checking everything on the inspection list, but he also went above and beyond – he really knew what to look out for, from the safety record of electrical panels to best practices to make windows safer for children. Importantly, Paul was very respectful in answering our questions throughout the inspection and patiently explained to us what he was seeing real-time. After the inspection, Paul followed up in less than 24 hours with a detailed 70 page report, filled with helpful commentary and pictures. When we had questions about the report, he replied within minutes and was readily available for a phone call to debrief and discuss his findings. All in all, Paul’s inspection and follow-up report gave us a lot more confidence to move forward with our investment and make the apartment our new home. Thank you for an A+ experience!

Chris, did a great job of being very thorough with his inspection. I really appreciate him taking his time, pointing out all the areas of concern that need immediate attention and what needs to be monitored as the house gets older. I also appreciate there recommendations that they list as well as a list of contractors that they supplied for support. Very happy with there work and would highly recommend to someone else to use in there future inspections.
