I recently hired a home inspection company and was extremely impressed with their service. From start to finish, the experience was professional and informative.
The inspector arrived on time and was friendly and approachable. He took the time to explain his process and what he would be looking for during the inspection. He was also happy to answer any questions I had along the way.

We needed an inspection done asap. This company was recommended to us by our wonderful realtor. This was our first inspection as we are first time home buyers. Joe took his time to really explain everything to us. He was thorough and did not miss a beat. He covered everything, was timely and professional throughout. Termite report was included and he made sure to go through every beam. He started outside on the roof and worked his way inside taking photos and explaining every detail each time we moved to a different part of the house. We received his detailed report a few hours later which was very important to us especially with this market we have to move fast. We would highly recommend him to anyone. He was wonderful, our parents even said one of the best inspectors they have seen and they have alot of experience with the inspection process.

Very responsive and thorough in explaining the process and what’s covered when I was first inquiring. Then during the inspection day, the inspector came early and was very thorough going through everything. You can’t catch every possible problem with any inspection as it’s limited to what’s visible, but for the most part, I think the biggest worries we had were eased for now. Hopefully, that will be confirmed when the insurance does their own review of the property.

Inspecticore was able to schedule a home inspection within minutes. We then needed to move it up 24 hours and it was not an issue. Hugh was our home inspector and no written review can illustrate the thoroughness of the inspection, the care that Hugh put in and the education he provided. Hugh Byrne from Inspecticore was amazing! He arrived early, was friendly, extremely knowledgeable and was very thorough. He gave really good advice. The entire inspection lasted 3 hours and no stone was left unturned. Hugh said at the end of the inspection if I didn’t think it was thorough he will gladly go through the property another time. I do not normally leave reviews online. I was told by the scheduling administrator Hugh is the best, it’s true! I left the inspection feeling well informed. I would recommend Hugh from Inspectacore to anyone!

He calmly explained everything he was seeing to us, both good and bad. He helped us understand what and possibly why we were seeing and was always willing to answer questions.
