I used Inspecticore recently for a home inspection, and they were great! They have great communication, easy scheduling and promptly provided me with a very thorough report. They were able to schedule a 9am inspection for the following day when I called after 5pm, and made it so easy to pay. 5 stars!

A great experience from beginning to end. I received a referral for Inspecticore and contracted their services. It was easy – a 5 minute phone call describing my (future) home, and within the hour I received two emails, and had my meeting with the inspector booked and confirmed. At the inspection, I met the inspector Anthony, who was very knowledgable, friendly and efficient. He was thorough in all his testing and inspection and would routinely grab me to show me various details about the history of the house, the materials, and changes over time that may be pertinent for a new home owner. We couldn’t have asked for a better house inspector than Chris Murray! He was incredibly thorough and took the time to show us around the property, while explaining everything nicely. Plus, his detailed report was a very easy to understand.

Explain everything on the Inspection!

Said what needed to be mentioned with out being alarming. Very thorough.

We had Joe Mcall who was very thorough and made the whole process extremely easy. He took his time going throughout the home with us and explained everything in detail that we would need to know prior to purchasing a home. We received the report back later that day. The whole process from initial contact to getting the report took less than 2 days. We will be referring Inspecticore from now on to anyone looking for home inspections.

This was our first time doing a home inspection as first time home buyers. This company is amazing. They came to the house the next day. So I had Inspecticore perform an inspection on a potential house. I was a little skeptical considering it was a big business with a bunch of inspectors. I was worried that the individual inspectors wouldn’t care.

To start off, they were able to fit me in to their schedule on a fairly short notice, (I called Monday afternoon for a Tuesday morning inspection). Chris M. was assigned to the job. He was a few minutes early and got right to work. He started surveying the outside property while waiting for the real estate agents to arrive.

He did a extremely thorough inspection of the property. The house had a half basement and half crawl space, which was pretty tough to get to. I feel like a lot of other inspectors would have just poked their head in and took a look around with a flashlight, however, Chis squeezed in there and saw two very important issues, which would have been missed had he not gone in there.

Overall, the inspection lasted a little over two and a half hours.

Chris was really helpful, going above and beyond in answering any questions and explaining everything.

The inspection report came on the same day. It was extremely detailed (over 60 pages total, including the cover page, index, and various other stuff).

Lastly, as it is not advertised on their website, the cost is about $700.

Wow is all I can say. Anthony was extremely detailed! If you are looking for a home inspection, look no further. Pricing was in line. Don’t skimp out on someone who might try to undercut their price. Their quality of work was exceptional and the value that comes along with their inspection is a great addition. 100% would recommend!
