Client Satisfaction Inquiry

Locally owned and operated, client satisfaction is very important to us. We want to make sure we have all the details so that we can address any concerns in a timely manner. Please have the following documents available for reference and upload prior to starting this Client Satisfaction Inquiry (signed agreement, seller disclosures, inspection objection, inspection resolution, and inspection report). Take a picture of the issue so that you can attach it to this form for our review. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us and we will be more than happy to assist you.

Your reference number will be found in the email you received. Please note: it is very important that you double-check that your entry is correct, otherwise your submission will not be properly sent.
If the number of pictures exceeds the limit, please send additional photos to info@inspecticore.com.
Please take the time to read your entire inspection report. Any items or systems that were identified as Major Concern, Repair or Replace, Safety Issue, Monitor, Improve, or Not Accessible in your home inspection report will not be considered when evaluating a claim.

I acknowledge the information provided above is true and accurate and understand that any fraudulent, misleading, or false statements, documents, or information provided will result in the immediate and permanent dismissal of this and any other claims submitted.

InterNACHI Standards of Practice (SOP)

Inspecticore performs all inspections according to the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors Standards of Practice. These standards are referenced in our agreement and your inspection report. Please take a moment to watch the video (2 min.) at the bottom of the form, by Ben Gromicko, Director of Education of InterNACHI, and review the standards by visiting www.nachi.org/sop.

Key Points from the standard:

  • Inspector(s) only inspect for material defects included in this standard.
  • Inspector(s) visually evaluate the condition of the property and cannot inspect latent, concealed, or hidden defects not discoverable in a non-intrusive/non-invasive manner.
  • Inspector(s) are not required to determine compliance with codes or regulations.
