At Inspecticore

“We believe in family first and foremost. We believe in the American dream that every family deserves a home. And we believe every family deserves a home that is safe and sound.”

Inspecticore, at our “core” are 4 guiding principles, Professional, Go Above and Beyond, Serve the Needs of the Client before Us, and we are Educators; all held together with Integrity. Following these guiding principles has led us from our early days with one inspector to one of the most-referred and highly reviewed inspection companies in the profession.

Why Choose Us?

Established. Professional. Trusted. Educated.

At Inspecticore, we strive to provide the best home inspection experience possible to educate our clients so they are able to make an informed decision about the home they are considering for purchase.

Our team of inspectors is trained and supervised by an ASHI-Certified Inspector. Being ASHI-Certified is a designation earned to qualifying inspectors who pass the National Home Inspector Examination (NHIE)® which is well-known throughout the industry for its difficulty level. Our team of inspectors is experienced, dedicated to education, and has a proven record in the industry.

Established in 2009, we have years of experience in the industry. We’ve worked all over Long Island, Nassau County and Suffolk County, including the five boroughs of New York. Thousands of homes examined wall to wall, floor to ceiling, all by us. You’ll find we provide the following valuable services to our clients:

  • Industry Knowledge – Our trained and licensed team of inspectors is knowledgeable about all aspects of inspections and keeps up with industry standards through continuing education.
  • Comprehensive Inspections & Reports – We have a full catalog of services, including home inspections, termite inspections, pool and spa inspections, and other ancillary inspections. Our reports include a complete narrative with pictures and an executive action summary.
  • 200% Guarantee – We value your peace of mind. If our clients aren’t pleased at the time of the home inspection, we will refund their fee AND pay for another home inspector of their choice to complete an inspection of the property.
  • Flexible Scheduling – We understand that time can be hard to manage, which is why we plan around your schedules. Inspectors are available seven days a week.
  • Prompt Customer Service – Don’t worry about straight-to-voicemail messages or playing phone tag with Inspecticore. When you give us a call, you can expect quick, professional service.
  • Free Phone Consultations – With our consultations via phone, we provide 24-hour support to all customers and a series of other support-type resources, no matter the phase of homeownership.
  • Home Recall Alerts – Stay informed on the status of your appliances and electronics with notifications from Home Recall Alerts. When a product is recalled, you’ll receive an alert on how to contact the manufacturer for repair or replacement.

Today, our Long Island community needs more — and so we are doing more.

We are happy to announce our partnership with Island Harvest! We help feed Long Island families caught in a cycle of struggle. From the profit of each inspection we perform, we donate 2 meals from every inspection every day. In addition to providing meals, we support other Island Harvest community services: the “Kids Weekend Backpack Feeding Program” so children may return to school on Monday nourished and better equipped to learn, socialize and excel; the “Senior Mobile Food Pantry”, so Seniors can “shop” for food items they need; and Operation HOPE for our Military who often face exceptional obstacles readjusting to civilian life, challenges of beginning a new career and bearing absences or loss of a loved one. Once you see the impact of what Island Harvest does right here in our community, your heart cannot forget what your eyes have seen. We are privileged to help.

We Value our Community

We’re proud to help our community outside the realm of inspection services. We work with myinspectordonates.com to raise money for non-profit organizations that help to serve the towns and neighborhoods in which we reside.

Inspecticore cares about Long Island families.

Inspecticore is aligned with Island Harvest, the largest hunger relief organization on Long Island. A percentage of the proceeds from each inspection directly supports the efforts of Island Harvest to combat the challenges of hunger. 1 inspection = 2 meals, which are helping to change lives and change communities across Long Island!
